Quiet still life of cardboard packaging materials
Privacy / Lead submissions

A clear boundary around your data.

No analytics or file uploads are implemented. Readiness scan submissions are saved in a server-local JSON file.

COLLECTED

Qualification context

Name, work email, company, role/team, annual imported SKU range, category count, monthly shipment range, system of record, broad bottleneck, pilot timing and contact consent. The server adds a submission ID, UTC receipt time and site identifier.

NOT COLLECTED

Sensitive records and IP

No reports, certificates, files, real SKUs, shipment records, supplier details, credentials, customs data or IP addresses are stored by the lead application.

SERVER LOCAL

Purpose and storage

We use submissions to assess readiness requests and follow up. Records are stored in this site's local JSON file and retained long-term unless an administrator removes them.

Current implementation / September 13, 2026

How this site behaves

The site has no account system, cookies, analytics SDK, advertising tracker, third-party form service or document upload feature. The lead receiver accepts only the listed readiness fields and does not intentionally log request details or IP addresses.

Readiness scan form

When you submit, the information is sent to Ceryvant's own endpoint and written to a JSON file outside the public web root. It is used to evaluate the request and support follow-up. Do not enter confidential business records or sensitive shipment details.

Retention and access

Lead records are retained long-term. Administrative access to the server and lead file is SSH-only. These measures reduce exposure but do not guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and contact

There is no self-service interface to access, correct or delete a submission. No contact channel has yet been provided for privacy requests; this is a current limitation and should be addressed before broader operation.
